AT&T is a multinational conglomerate holding company, primarily focused on telecommunications, media, and technology. It is one of the largest providers of mobile and fixed telephone services in the United States.

In this role, I was a member of the Order Fulfillment and Status team, responsible for the order management system that handles the entire lifecycle of customer orders—from creation to fulfillment. My responsibilities included processing events from Kafka topics, updating order statuses in a MongoDB database, calling external services via REST APIs, and managing the order processing workflow using Temporal.
